Welcome to our Community Support Group. Here we exchange ideas about how to reduce CFD taxes in a beneficial way for the community. We support the proposal for a private builder to build out 4th Street to provide another connection to P Street (Clark) from our neighborhood. The City has said that they will not build it. So, give the builder the permission to build the road and eliminate any further CFD assessments for facilities on the existing homes in the neighborhood.
