NOCFD ("we") is a group of Imperial, California homeowners working to repeal or reduce Mello-Roos (CFD) taxes in CFD 2004-2 (Mayfield) and CFD 2004-3 (Paseo del Sol / Bratton). This policy explains what information nocfd.com collects and how we use it.
What we collect and how we use it
Petition requests: your name, email address and, where asked, street address, so we can send you the official petition and confirm you live in the district.
Newsletter signups: your email address.
Donations: your name, email and payment details. Payments are processed by our website platform's payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.
Groups and member accounts: the profile details and posts you choose to share.
Site usage: our website host, Wix, uses cookies and similar tools to run the site and measure traffic.
We use your information to send petition materials, campaign and lawsuit updates, donation receipts, and replies to your messages. We may use petition information to check that signers live in the relevant district.
Your choices
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that run the site and process payments, or when required by law or court order.
